After School Chinese Language & Culture Program
Sydney HSK Centre delivers a weekly After School Chinese Language and Culture Program at Kincoppal–Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart.
The program introduces students to the Chinese language through engaging and age-appropriate activities, while also giving them opportunities to discover and experience Chinese culture.
Alongside language learning, students take part in a variety of hands-on cultural activities inspired by Chinese intangible cultural heritage, including traditional crafts and creative experiences. These activities allow students to learn about Chinese traditions in an enjoyable, interactive and practical way.
Through a combination of language learning, cultural exploration and hands-on experiences, the program helps students develop an interest in Chinese language and culture while gaining a deeper appreciation of China's rich cultural heritage.
文化与非遗体验是我们项目的核心亮点。学生将有机会亲手参与制作宋锦珍珠扇、螺钿首饰和古风头钗等传统工艺品。通过这些富有深度的动手实践活动，孩子们不仅能深入了解中国非物质文化遗产的匠心之美，更能近距离感知中国文化的博大精深与悠久底蕴。

Program Structure / 课程安排
- Each week after school 每周一次课后课程
- 每次 60–90 分钟（专注互动学习）
- 课程内容包含：语言学习（听说读写基础、日常表达）+ 文化体验（非遗手工、节日文化等）
- 小班教学，注重参与和互动交流
